(Please note: these may be slightly different from Satnav, due to building work at Sherford)

From the A38, take the junction named Deep Lane (sign posted for Plympton).  Turn left at the traffic lights.  Follow onto the new road signed posted for Sherford – keep going through the main street of the Sherford New Town through the temporary traffic lights and past the Taylor Whimpey offices. At the end of the development turn left at the traffic lights and left at the next set of traffic lights.  This is Elburton.  Turn right 3^rd exit off the roundabout.  Follow this road until the next set of traffic lights. Turn left sign posted Wembury.  Follow this road for a mile and a half past the Co op garage.  You will reach Hollocombe which has houses on the left and fields on the right.  

Turn right onto Train Road before the bus shelter. Continue around the corner. The farm will be found on the left hand side after approximately 600 yards.  We are opposite a bungalow with a layby and there is a white gate with a Traine Farm sign.
